GoSpoken Audiobooks
Developed in an afternoon, GoSpoken Audiobooks allows a user to purchase an audiobook from the iPhone app store. After a very quick download, the user launches the app, and the first part begins to download from GoSpoken's server. After around a minute, the audiobook is ready to go.
When the user presses play, the audiobook is read to them - as you would expect. In the background, however, the rest of the book is being downloaded. This means that the user is able to listen to the entire book offline, but only has to wait a very short time before they can listen.
